PHILADELPHIA — In this video, Paul A. Offit, MD, discusses a panel at the World Anti-Microbial Resistance Congress and Disease Prevention & Control Summit that covered vaccine safety.

The main takeaway from the panel is that there are systems in place to monitor the safety of vaccines in the United States, including rare side effects, said Offit, director of the Vaccine Education Center at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
