90 Day Fiance star Shaeeda recently revealed that her husband Bilal controls all the money in their marriage. However, it shouldn’t be this way.

90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?: Shaeeda Sween and Bilal Hazziez talking

90 Day Fiance star Shaeeda Sween recently disclosed that Bilal Hazziez controls all the money in their marriage, and here is why Bilal shouldn’t be doing this to his wife. 90 Day Fiancé fans have seen Bilal and Shaeeda go through a lot of trust issues, but this one concerning finances might just be the most troubling yet. The couple was first introduced to fans in 90 Day Fiancé season 9, and while most of the fans were skeptical about their relationship, they managed to pull through and get married. Despite getting married, it seems the couple is still having to go through one rough patch to another.

SCREEN VIDEO OF THE DAY

Before appearing on 90 Day Fiancé, Shaeeda had a job of her own and controlled her own finances. She was a yoga instructor in Trinidad and Tobago before moving to America to be with Bilal, according to ET. Shaeeda has gotten her Green Card, and despite being tagged as a good digger at one point in her 90 Day Fiancé story, she has shown that she makes her own money. She makes money from her Cameo account, TLC paycheck, and also as a yoga instructor. Bilal helped Shaeeda kick-start her career in America, but she still maintains full ownership of her business.

Shaeeda has shown 90 Day Fiancé fans that she can be productive on her own. Shaeeda overcame the gold digger title by eventually signing the prenup Bilal proposed, with a few added clauses of hers. In a recent interview, she revealed to fellow 90 Day Fiancé cast member Yara Zaya that all the money she makes is being controlled by Bilal. Shaeeda also shared that any money she’s able to spend even on shopping she receives from Bilal. This very much highlights the trust issues that once made Bilal a villain to 90 Day Fiancé fans, and does not really bode well for them.

Shaeeda Wants To Be Involved With Her Finances

Shaeeda went on to share that she brought up having a joint account, and Bilal vehemently denied the request. She also explained that she had no idea how the money was being spent. Shaeeda has no clue about Bilal’s finances either. This in turn has caused her to worry, and rightly so because of how suspicious it all seems. Building trust is still very much important to their marriage, and this issue doesn’t seem to be building trust. Shaeeda also said that she has decided to stand her ground and ask for access to their finances. Hopefully, she does so and it doesn’t cause any more rifts between the couple.

Shaeeda has shown in several ways that she can be competent with finances, seeing as she successfully ran her own yoga business back in Trinidad and Tobago. Fans have suspected that TLC has painted Bilal as a villain most of the time on the show, but this might be another instance that puts him in a not-so-great light outside 90 Day Fiance. There just might be more drama to be seen from the couple as they sort out this issue in their marriage.
