Key Findings: Mental Health

Key takeaways: mental healthMental health seems to play a role in physical health, so eating foods that support both your mind and body is important. Studies of the emotional health and mood of people following a plant-based diet suggest that less meat is good for us not only physically, but also emotionally.

Caption and translation accessibility survey

Translation surveyDid you know that all of our videos are in English and most of them are also translated into multiple languages thanks to our hard working team of volunteers?

We’re running a survey to find out how much you know about these captions and translations and to access them.

The survey only takes a few minutes. Your response will help us further improve our translations and captions so that this life-saving information can reach as many people as possible around the world. As a token of our gratitude, the respondents received a discount code for DrGreger.org to fill out the survey. Thanks in advance!

Volunteer Spotlight: Mya Montgomery

Volunteers: Mya M.

Every month I transcribe the questions from Dr. Gregers Live Q&A for Facebook and YouTube so that when people watch the video description on YouTube, they can see exactly what was covered this month. Before I volunteered, I got involved and learned so much! I decided I wanted to volunteer to help and transcribing was a great way to learn and contribute to the community in one go.

My favorite plant-based food is chickpeas. There are so many ways to eat them, from frying them to making hummus. I eat them in different recipes every week!
