The White House is expected to hold its first press conference with the Biden government’s team of medical experts on Covid-19 as the country experiences its deadliest month in the pandemic to date.
The briefing is expected to focus heavily on science-based data and will provide the nation with an initial comprehensive look at how the new president will keep the public informed of the evolving coronavirus pandemic. The Biden government plans to hold these briefings three days a week, officials said earlier this week.
On Monday, Biden announced a series of efforts to increase supplies and help spread the Covid-19 vaccine.
