Lanesboro woman offering free yoga classes to frontline workers

A Lanesboro woman who owns and operates her own yoga business is offering free online classes to Frontline employees to help them overcome this third testing ban.

Tricia Fleming said we all recognize the long hours and hard work that frontline workers put in during the pandemic.

“You are risking your own health for others, and it is time to show our appreciation.”

Her company, Hot Yoga Athlone, offers access to three free online yoga classes for all healthcare workers, members of An Garda Síochána, and the fire service.

Tricia stated, “The hot yoga classes are known for their physical and emotional healing benefits and are great for those with back pain, injury, stress, anxiety, and more.”

She added, “It is the least we can do to help and support all of these hard workers, especially given the difficult past few weeks.”

Tricia said she has had an amazing response since the offering started last Friday.

She noted, “The main reasons people say they need it are back pain and mental stress. This shows how much our frontline employees need mental and physical care. “

Tricia was trained as a hot yoga teacher in 2002 and has been teaching hot yoga all over Ireland and as far as Thailand and South Africa since 2003.
