Jan 25 | Find Stillness Within: a drop in meditation class

Peace of mind is within all of us. But with so much information coming at us, and so many things to get done, this inner peace often lies hidden under the surface of our restless mind.

Buddha taught many effective methods to calm the mind and access our potential for inner peace. During this January course Gen Khedrub will offer an overview of the famous teachings on how to develop tranquil abiding. They can be used by everyone, whether you are new to the practice of meditation or whether you are looking to deepen your experience of meditation.
