Apple Watch support for the Apple Health-enabled Lumen Metabolic Analyzer is coming soon

Lumen launched last year as an affordable and convenient way to regularly measure your metabolism to help you meet your health and fitness goals. Now the iOS-supported device, which is fully integrated with Apple Health, gets Apple Watch support for a more seamless experience.

Whether you’re looking to lose weight, gain muscle, improve endurance, or optimize your athletic performance, understanding how your diet and exercise affect your metabolism is important. Until Lumen, it was a relatively expensive process in clinics and hospitals to test with large equipment whether you are in a state of burning fat or carbohydrates by analyzing your metabolism.

Lumen brings powerful metabolic analysis in your pocket with tight Apple Health integration to give you the personalized information you need (in the moment) about how your body uses energy, what you need to eat, to achieve your specific goals like one Macronutrient Plan Achieve, and More.

Soon, the pocket-sized metabolic analyzer will have Apple Watch support, making it easier for you to keep an eye on your daily progress and metabolic health.

The main features of the app allow users to transfer their metabolic readings to their watch, log their food, and track their nutritional or fitness progress throughout the day.

Plus, you’ll get real-time notifications of what to eat before your workout, how your workout is affecting your metabolism, and more. Lumen plans to release the update in September.
