Vitals and vials health screenings planned

Schneck Foundation, Schneck Primary Care and Schneck Family Care have teamed up to offer free vital checks and discounted blood tests for one of four upcoming vital and vials screenings.

According to a press release from Schneck Medical Center, the screenings will offer a comprehensive metabolic profile for $ 40, a thyroid stimulating hormone for $ 30, and a prostate-specific antigen for $ 30. In addition, participants can have their blood pressure, pulse, oxygen content, height and weight checked free of charge.

“This inexpensive blood test and free vital signs check can provide important details about your health – sometimes before symptoms of illness appear – and give you and your doctor the opportunity to plan ahead,” said Stephanie Flinn, Managing Director of the Schneck Foundation.

Vitals and Vials are offered at these times and in these locations:

  • 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Aug. 7 at Schneck Family Care Washington County, 403 S. Main St., Salem
