Creating a Life of Integrity: A Virtual Event

Creating a Life of Integrity: Our Path to Joy
A virtual event with Joseph Goldstein and Gail Stark

Where do we find our compass in a world turned upside down? Gail Stark practiced intensively for a year under the direction of Joseph Goldstein – and joyfully! – with the 10 paramis, the qualities of a Buddha. It’s been a transformative year and Gail’s new book, “Building a Life of Integrity: Conversing with Joseph Goldstein” will be the map of her upcoming course offered by the New York Insight Meditation Center. This course will be a rich and powerful experience that will continue to bloom for years to come. As we strengthen the paramis and incorporate them into our daily lives, they become our trustworthy first response in a world that now needs our integrity.

Join Tricycle for the start of the course, a conversation between Joseph and Gail, moderated by Amy Gross, on Saturday, September 12, at 1 p.m. EDT. This special 75 minute Zoom event is free and includes questions and answers from the live audience.
